Hey angel, Welcome to episode 3 of our physical flexibility series where we are gradually going to stretch your back muscles and decompress your spinal column. Once the muscles are warmed up and stretchy, we shall then work on your wheel pose towards the end of the practice. Don't worry, I make it a point to cue modifications before advancements and I don't tire out much because it's important to reserve that energy for the strong ending with chakrasana. Are you excited?
