Welcome to episode 6 of our physical flexibility series where we are gradually going to stretch your entire body. Pretty much combining everything we've been working on in the past 5 days. I want you to use this practice as a feedback lope to compare how you felt physically at the beginning of this series and how you feel now on the final day. Whatever response you get, use it as an opportunity to learn more about your body, approach it with love, kindness and grace.
