Welcome to episode 1 of our physical flexibility series where we are gradually going to stretch your hamstrings from the knee all the way up to the hip. The goal here is to achieve the front splits and while you might not fully get it on the first try, every time you return to this series brings you closer to nailing it! #repetition I've combined all the yoga asanas I myself used to achieve the splits so I know this journey from personal experience, Let's go :)
