Welcome to episode 2 of our physical flexibility series where we are gradually going to stretch your hips to improve your range of motion. While the focus today will be on physical tension release, you might find yourself emotionally overwhelmed as hips are also our trauma storages and opening them release stored trauma. In an event of the above happening, Take deep abdominal breathes, go into shavasana and honour how your soul chooses to deal with the emotional release. it could be tears, hysterical laughte, anything as long as it doesn't cause harm to anybody, do it! For best results, repetition is key.
