Welcome to episode 5 of our physical flexibility series where we are gradually going to stretch your neck through a combination of dynamic and static asana practices and slowly build our way into fish pose. If at any point in the practice you feel uncomfortable or unsure, try to breathe, if that doesn't easy you into it, immediately discontinue. With repetition comes confidence so don't feel discouraged if you find yourself intimidated by some asanas.
